So here's how it works, ClickCashBack.co.uk receives a referral commission from online Merchants for sending customers to their websites. We then pass 100% of that commission back to you!
Using ClickCashBack.co.uk will cost you absolutely nothing. ClickCashBack.co.uk does not charge an annual administration fee from your commissions.

About Membership
To be a member you must be at least 18 years old and a UK resident. ClickCashBack.co.uk operates a one account per person policy, therefore more than one person cannot use the same account. ClickCashBack.co.uk reserves the right to suspend the membership of users who are observed to be not in accordance with the above statement and ClickCashBack.co.uk's guide lines.

ClickCashBack.co.uk Guidelines
The ClickCashBack.co.uk model is built on relationships forged between ourselves (remember we are members too!) and the Merchants which are offering cash back. Therefore as ClickCashBack.co.uk grows and our voice as one becomes louder we will be able to negotiate higher rates of Cash Back for our members. However in the same way, if our members are seen to be attempting to defraud the Merchants in an attempt to earn Cash Back from fraudulent transactions this will reflect badly on the group as a whole. ClickCashBack.co.uk will suspend the accounts of any member behaving in this fashion. This is why ClickCashBack.co.uk operates a one account per person system.

E-Mail Policy
At ClickCashBack.co.uk we don't want our inbox filling up with junk emails and find ourselves wondering how these people got our email address. Therefore ClickCashBack.co.uk will never pass your personal details on to anybody else not even the Merchants you shop with. We may contact you from time to time to keep you up to date with the world of ClickCashBack.co.uk but we certainly won't be filling your inbox each morning.

Joining and Logging In
In order to join ClickCashBack.co.uk go to the Sign Up page and fill in your personal details. Be careful to enter your details correctly as these details will be used to send you your Cash Back. Once you have joined you will be sent a Welcome email and be able to login into the user area at the top right of the page. Don't forget you must be logged in, in order to receive Cash Back. If you are not logged in we cannot track that any transactions were carried out by you. Once you have signed up you can log in and update your details.

Getting Started with Transactions and Tracking
In order to earn Cash Back through ClickCashBack.co.uk there are a few things you can do to ensure your transactions are tracked correctly.
If your transactions are not tracked correctly the Merchants will not pay ClickCashBack.co.uk and we will not be able to pay you your Cash Back. Although ClickCashBack.co.uk will dispute any tracking problems with the Merchants, the Merchants decision will be final.
Implementing the following measures will help to ensure your transactions are tracked correctly:
Ensure your browser allows cookies and java script
Cookies are small text files stored on your computer. Both ClickCashBack.co.uk and Merchants use cookies to track your transactions and some Merchants use java script to track transactions. You must ensure both cookies and java script are enabled on your browser so that your transactions can be tracked and you can receive Cash Back.
You may already have conflicting tracking cookies stored
Tracking your transactions on ClickCashback.co.uk is done using cookies. If there are already tracking cookies stored in your browser then your transactions may be attributed to the other cookies and therefore the Cash Back will be awarded to another site and not your ClickCashBack.co.uk account. Some Merchants award Cash Back based on a per cookie basis so it is important to clear cookies each time you make a new transaction.
Your security/ anti-virus software or parental controls may block cookies
Anti Virus and Parental Control software packages are designed to protect you from malicious sites, however they can also prevent good sites from placing cookies on your system. You should set ClickCashBack.co.uk as a safe site on your system or perhaps disable the software whilst using ClickCashBack.co.uk.
Do you use a pop up blocker?
Some Merchants use pop ups to open additional pages when you arrive on their site, if you are seeing a blank page it may be advisable to disable your pop up blocker when using their sites.

Transaction Status
There are five different transaction status types in your transaction report found in your user area. The different status's give you an indication as to the process of your Cash Back.
Pending: The transaction has been tracked but the Merchant has not yet validated it.
Validated: The transaction has been tracked and the Merchant has confirmed they will pay Cash Back.
Received: ClickCashBack.co.uk has received payment from the merchant and this will be sent at the end of the month.
Paid: Your payment has been sent, this payment can be seen in the payment report which can also be found in the user area.
Declined: The Merchant will not pay Cash Back for the transaction.
There is also a Payment Date* column. This date is an estimated date of payment based on previous transactions, it is designed to give an indication of when you are likly to be paid, but is not guaranteed.

How long does it take for an item to be tracked?
It sometimes takes some time for an item to be tracked, this can be from a few hours up to a week depending on the merchant. If your transaction doesn't appear after 7 days please contact us and we will investigate this with the Merchant. It is advisable to keep any reference numbers etc provided by the merchant as this will help if a transaction requires investigation.

Transactions Completed Online
All of ClickCashBack.co.uk's tracking is done using cookies, therefore in order to earn cash back you must complete the transaction online without leaving the merchant site. If you require more information and need to leave the Merchant site, the ClickCashBack.co.uk tracking will be lost and the best course of action would be to start again from the ClickCashBack.co.uk site.

Gift Certificates
Cash Back will not be rewarded to anybody using gift certificates on certain sites. The Merchant is effectively paying a Cash Back incentive for your business and if you were to redeem a gift certificate they would be doing this twice. None of our merchants honor Cash Back in conjunction with a gift certificate.

New Customer Offers
New Customer offers and incentives offered by Merchants apply to you the user and the Merchant and have no relationship to ClickCashBack.co.uk. Merchants will attempt to detect anybody trying to make multiple transactions in an attempt to take advantage of their offers. This is considered abuse of the system and merchants will not pay Cash Back and ClickCashBack.co.uk reserve the right to revoke the membership's of users who do this without prior warning.

There is minimum payment amount of £10, you must reach the minimum payment amount before you are paid.

Why do Merchant's Cash Back rates change
Merchants Cash Back rates can change due to many different reasons, some merchants alter their Cash Back rate based on their latest promotion or seasonality.
As ClickcashBack.co.uk is representative of a group of consumers we are in a position to take advantage of economies of scale and negotiate preferential rates with the Merchants. Therefore the more members we get the greater value of Cash Back we can earn together, so don't forget to tell your friends and family.

How can I get paid?
You can choose to be paid via BACS, Cheque or PayPal (Max £50). Payments are made on a monthly basis. You may not have entered your payment details whilst signing up. In order to be receive Cash back you must update your payment details using the Edit Account option in the User Area.

When will I get paid?
Once a transaction has been marked Validated in your transaction report it can take from 2 to 3 months before we receive payment from the Merchant. At this point your transaction report status will change to received and you will receive your cash back in the next round of payments at the end of the month.

My Transaction has not been tracked or has been declined
From time to time transactions are not tracked correctly at the merchants end. If this is the case then feel free to contact us with details of the transaction (including reference/policy numbers and we will personally contact the Merchant and negotiate to try and secure the Cash Back, however the Merchants decision is final.

How does ClickCashBack Charity system work?
As a member of ClickCashBack.co.uk you can choose to donate a proportion of the cash back you earn to nominated charity. You can view our nominated charities on the Charity page. To donate go to your user area and select the charity you wish to donate to and the percentage of your cash back you wish to give.

What is a support ticket?
The support ticket system has been design for members to ask questions and enquire about missed transactions. The system enables members to raise a ticket about a particular issue and serves as a documented communication rather than using email. When you raise a ticket or reply to a open ticket you will receive an email to confirm your ticket has been received.

What is a bookmark?
A bookmark is a simple method for members to save their favorite merchants to their userarea. You can easily add or remove bookmarks at any time.

ClickCashBack toolbars are web browser toolbars for use with Windows Internet Explorer and Mozilla Firefox. We have provided them as a method to remind members to use the site and not miss out on any cash back as well as a hand way of removing cookies from your browser. How does Refer a Friend work?
At ClickCashBack.co.uk we are able to give you Cash Back based on the relationships we have built with Merchants. As ClickCashBack.co.uk is effectively the collective voice of all our members, the more members we have the stronger position we are in to negotiate even greater values of Cash Back with the Merchants.
What is in it for you? Well if community spirit wasn't enough reason for every friend you refer we will enter you into a monthly prize draw. One entry will be accepted per active member who has made a transaction. You can refer an unlimited number of friends.
